A few words about me…not your typical Realtor/Broker.
Having spent many years in financial services operations management, relationship management, project management, risk management, and regulatory compliance, I am able to leverage each of these disciplines to manage the buying and selling process for my clients resulting in clean and successful transactions.
Realtors/Brokers are independent contractors, meaning that each fully owns and operates his/her own practice. By law we must operate under supervision of a licensed brokerage in the state of our licensure, but each Realtor/Broker’s business practice is solidly entrepreneurial. It’s important that you find the Realtor/Broker that is the right fit for you and your buying/selling objectives.
As such, some Realtors/Brokers peg their success to the highest sales volume and number of units sold per year. That’s good for them. It’s not me. I value quality over quantity. In other words, I don’t take every opportunity that comes my way. If I stretch my coverage too thin, I don’t serve any of my clients well. And the point of my vocation is to serve you so well that you would not hesitate to refer friends and family to me for their real estate needs. I want to be your Realtor/Broker for life!
I have carefully chosen Baird & Warner as my supervising broker for many reasons, chief among them is their value system. Honesty, Integrity, Values, Ethics, and quite simply just doing the right thing is the foundation of their business model. Sounds old school, and I’m extremely grateful for it (as are my clients!). By the way, this family-owned company was founded in 1855 (16 years prior to the great Chicago fire) and is still owned by the same family.
I am a resident of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin and Chicago, Illinois. I enjoy both areas and am licensed in both states to serve a wide array of clients and their objectives.
Thank you for considering a working relationship between us. It’s certain to be a moving experience!
