Since the last time we purchased a house was nearly 40 years ago and it was without a realtor I had no idea how much work is done by a realtor. Tom was a true advocate for us, and truly kept our best interest at all times. He is great with details, and doesn't leave anything to chance. He completely went above and beyond with great advertising and marketing ideas, using awesome sign ideas, and ads. He worked with us on merging the property to one tax parcel, finding land surveyors, and helping us work with the local city administration on the rules and regulations, and what permits were required for what. It was a true journey we went through and he was always professional, and helped us through it all. We would highly recommend working with Tom.
